In this paper, we consider a class of fuzzy neural networks of fractional-order and proportional time delay. We derive sufficient conditions for the finite-time stability of the considered system using finite-time stability theory and fractional calculus and employing differential inequality techniques. The results are obtained in terms of simple algebraic inequalities, which can be easily verified. In the end, we give a numerical example to validate the analytical findings.en_US
