Abstract: Composite materials are very beneficial in a comparison to other engineering material. In terms of usage, they are lighter in weight and having strength which is sometimes greater than conventional material in use. It also resists many types of loads under working conditions that may also include the environmental impact. Composite materials made from natural materials are also biodegradable in nature and that's why they are environment-friendly. They can be easily designed and fabricated in different shapes as per requirement. In this paper, composite specimens were designed by using five different types of fibers. These different fiber are natural fibers (banana, Cactus, and jute) and synthetic fibers (glass and carbon). Thus, a finite element study of these specimens was conducted by blending these fibers with each other. The arrangements were chosen using permutation and combination. After designing the specimen, many types of FEM analysis were done on ‘ANSYS' Mechanical APDL by applying a point load on samples. Through the current study, hybrid composites were analysed under the same loading conditions and their deflection results were compared. It could step to sustainable development making a hybrid composite. And a good quality composite could be designed for the manufacturing a great strength material.
