dc.description.abstract In our published paper, in addition to the convective and radiative losses, there should be consideration of the heat loss due to the fin movement while evaluating the efficiency of the moving fin. Unfortunately, while evaluating the efficiency, we had not considered the fin movement effect in our published paper. In addition to this, few typographical errors were also detected. Due to this, (7a), (7b), (7c), (8) and (9) along with the results of fin efficiency (Fig. 5) of our previously-published paper [1] should be corrected by including the heat loss due to the fin movement (i.e., the effect of Peclet No., Pe) along with the convective and radiative losses. Other expressions and analyses presented in our previously-published paper [1] are correct. Therefore, the efficiency relationships along with results for moving fin efficiency (Fig. 5) and relevant typographical errors have been corrected in this corrigendum of our previously-published paper [1]. en_US
